Insight Coaching Modules 1 & 2 | Full Day or Two Half Days: Focus on team functioning, set priorities, and create a team charter and operating principles.
Implementation Coaching | 2 x 90 Minutes (Virtual): Strengthen and accelerate team performance through targeted development sessions.
Final Survey and Coaching | 2 Hours: Measure progress, celebrate success, and plan for sustained improvement.
