Ned Eustace | Executive Coach
As an executive coach, I partner with senior leaders navigating high-pressure growth, transformation, and integration; especially when systems, teams, and processes have not yet caught up to the demands placed on them.
My clients are responsible for delivering immediate results while shaping long-term strategy. They lead across complex stakeholder environments, make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, and influence without relying on formal authority. These moments demand clarity, confidence, and alignment, often before the organization is fully ready.
A Coaching Approach Grounded in Real-World Scale
My approach is shaped by firsthand experience leading strategic transformation at scale.
At IBM, I supported the transition into a cloud and AI services business, driving cross-functional alignment, leadership integration, and organizational design across major M&A initiatives. I received IBM’s Best of IBM Award, recognizing the top 500 global contributors, and led engagements honored with Brandon Hall Excellence Awards for measurable improvements in leadership performance.
I have worked across Fortune 500 organizations, high-growth mid-market companies, and PE-backed environments, helping leaders align teams, build trust, accelerate execution, and drive results under pressure.
How We Work Together
Our work focuses on the leadership challenges that matter most:
• Clarifying direction
• Establishing strategic priorities
• Influencing across systems
• Building alignment
• Strengthening executive presence
• Navigating role expansion in volatile or high-growth periods
My coaching centers on what I call the Pressure Gap; the space between what is expected of you and what your internal systems and teams are currently equipped to deliver.
When leaders close this gap, they operate with greater clarity, confidence, and capacity in the moments that matter.
Because in high-pressure environments, great leadership isn’t about control.
It’s about clarity, confidence, and the ability to move forward—even when the path is not fully defined.
Beyond Coaching
Outside of work, as an avid soccer player (and former college captain), I serve as Treasurer of a 60-plus-member men’s soccer club. I’m also a committed fundraiser for breast cancer research; a cause close to my family.
My home base is Westchester, New York, where I live with my wife, our two kids (ages 10 and 12). Whenever possible, I’m outdoors hiking, playing, or just recharging in fresh air with my family.
