Ned Eustace | Executive Coach
As an executive coach, I work with senior leaders navigating high-pressure growth, transformation, and complexity—especially when systems aren't yet built to support the scale of what's expected. You’re likely balancing urgent execution with long-term strategy, managing competing priorities, and making high-stakes decisions that shape your organization’s future.
My approach is grounded in firsthand experience. At IBM, I helped lead the company’s transition into a cloud and AI services leader, driving cross-functional integration and leadership alignment during major M&A transitions. I was honored with IBM’s Best of IBM Award, recognizing the top 500 global contributors, and have led engagements that received Brandon Hall Excellence Awards for measurable impact in leadership development and team performance.
I’ve worked across Fortune 500 tech and insurance firms, as well as high-growth mid-market organizations, helping leaders scale effectively, align teams, and drive results—under pressure.
Through our work, we’ll tackle the leadership challenges that matter most to you—whether it’s clarifying direction, building trust, prioritizing execution, or leading change in volatile environments. My focus is helping you bridge what I call the Pressure Gap—the space between what’s expected and what your internal systems are equipped to handle.
Because in the moments that matter, great leadership isn’t just about control—it’s about clarity, confidence, and the ability to lead forward even when the path isn’t clear.

Beyond Coaching
Outside of work, I’m an avid soccer player and serve as Treasurer of the 60+ member Harrison Men’s Soccer Club. I’m also a committed fundraiser for breast cancer research—a cause that’s deeply personal to me. My home base is Westchester, New York, where I live with my wife, two kids (ages 10 and 12), and our labs, Benson and Brix. Whenever I can, I’m outside—hiking, playing, or just soaking in fresh air with my family.
